Chief secretary to the Treasury John Glen has welcomed the latest ONS figures that show the UK economy grew by 0.2% in the last three months, saying they "show resilience in the UK economy".

When asked if Nadine Dorries should resign, Mr Glen said he was "a bit bemused", adding "she needs to get on with it" by "announcing her resignation formally".
