The mother of Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, a missing boy from Everman, has been indicted for murder. Police announced the news on Monday, indicting Cindy Rodriguez-Singh on one charge of capital murder, two charges of injury to a child, and one charge of abandoning a child without the intent to return. The 6-year-old boy has been missing for a year and is now presumed dead.
