PC Luke Wenham was convicted of assault for twice spraying PAVA incapacitant at a man who was climbing down the side of high-rise building in Elephant and Castle, southeast London, in August last year.

This followed an investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).

Bodycam footage shows the moment PC Luke Wenham enters a high-rise apartment and sprays the man who was wanted in connection to robberies.
