With just days remaining before a government shutdown, the Senate could force House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to look for bipartisan support on a spending bill to keep the government running. Far-right House Republicans have pledged to oust McCarthy as speaker if he does that. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
