Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny - a vocal critic of President Vladimir Putin - has died, according to the country's prison service.

US President Joe Biden addressed the reports of Mr Navalny's death.

He said, "I am both not surprised, and outraged, by the news - make no mistake, Putin is responsible for Navalny's death" and it is "yet more proof of Putin's brutality."
