Minneapolis is the latest city to loosen restrictions on certain psychedelics. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey issued an executive order to "deprioritize enforcement" on the use of silocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca tea and more.
Minnesota has also created a Psychedelic Medicine Task Force to prepare the state for the potential official legalization of psychedelic medicine in the state.
