Former Chief of the General Staff Lord Dannatt tells Sky's Sophy Ridge that 'it is a concerning time, and as a country we are not prepared for war.'

He went on to say that 'the big issue, as far as Ukraine and Russia are concerned, is whether we are spending enough on our defence to deter war.'
