Sky's Ed Conway speaks to former Prime Minister Liz Truss following the release of her new book, 'Ten Years To Save The West'.

Ms Truss refused to apologise over UK mortgage rates which increased during her time in office and put the blame firmly at the door of the Bank of England.

However, Ms Truss admitted she should have spoken to the Bank's Governor at the time.
