Internet and phone service are out in Gaza today as fuel supplies dwindle, the lack of communication has caused humanitarian relief to the territory to stop. Israeli troops continue to move south into the territory after a search of Gaza City's largest hospital turns up no evidence of a hidden Hamas base.
