Libya floods: At least 20% of Derna's residents 'dead or missing'

Our Africa Correspondent Yousra Elbagir reports from Derna in eastern Libya - one of the worst areas affected by the foods.

Yousra tells us that around twenty percent of the city's residents are either dead or missing.

Reports suggest almost a quarter of the city has been washed away and reduced to an apocalyptic wasteland.
