Letter written by family of Martin Duffy was 'heartbreaking', says author and friend

Author Irvine Welsh has described a letter written by the son of late Primal Scream keyboardist Martin Duffy as "heartbreaking", when asked about his death.

Duffy, who also played keyboard with The Charlatans, died at the age of 55, after suffering a brain injury following a fall at his home in Brighton.
