The Supreme Court will rule on whether former President Donald Trump is immune from criminal charges in his federal election interference case with arguments set for the week of April 22. Trump is currently indicted for conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding in connection with the 2020 election.
