Edward Cassano, CEO of Pelagic Research Services, which discovered the debris of missing submersible Titan, becomes emotional when reflecting on the moment a rescue mission became a recovery.

Describing the day the wreckage of the submersible was found, Edward Cassano says the search vessel discovered debris "shortly after arriving on the sea floor".
