Labour's Stephen Kinnock has told Sky News that he welcomes investment in the UK's steel industry.

It comes after we exclusively revealed that Whitehall officials and Tata Steel are close to agreeing a deal that would commit more than £1bn to the future of its Port Talbot steelworks.
