Russia has denied targeting civilian infrastructure despite a restaurant in Kramatorsk being hit by a missile strike with at least eleven people killed, including four children.

In response to the latest atrocity being attributed to a Russian missile, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Sky News that "Russia doesn't hit civilians, only military targets."
