The King has honoured community champions and celebrities from the sport and entertainment in his first Birthday Honours since his coronation.

Footballer Ian Wright, fashion editor Dame Anna Wintour and late author Martin Amis are among those honoured as well as presenter Davina McCall and radio broadcaster Ken Bruce.
