The IDF says Gaza City is now encircled by Israeli troops. This as U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken making his second visit to Israel since the war with Hamas broke out last month. Blinken is expected to push for more humanitarian aid for Gazan civilians.

Meanwhile, tensions are escalating on Israel's northern border as Hezbollah leaders are expected to speak tonight on their recent attacks on Israeli targets. Hezbollah is an Iran-backed terrorist group base in Lebanon.
