Trevor Phillips asks the deputy PM what legal advice the government has had about Israel's compliance with international law, which would require an end to UK arms sales to the country.

Oliver Dowden tells Trevor Phillips the UK has "one of the toughest arms export control [regimes] in the world".

But he says: "The decision in relation to arms exports is one for the business secretary."
