Minister of State for the Armed Forces and former soldier James Heappey says that Israel has an "horrendous" job fighting Hamas in the built-up urban areas of Gaza.

Mr Heappey wouldn't be drawn on the details of British hostages that are being held by Hamas in Gaza, telling Kay Burley "we don't know who is alive and who is not".
