The order is yet to be made, but it now seems all but inevitable that Israel will launch a ground offensive into Gaza.

In Gaza, the Sky News team on the ground has been speaking to those trying to survive Israel's retaliatory attacks.

They visited the region's largest medical complex, Al-Shifa Hospital, where one doctor told them the site had been "turned into a refugee camp".
