Pro-Palestinian protests have taken place across the world - as Israel edges closer to a ground invasion of Gaza.

Demonstrators took to the streets in several Arab nations, including Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt - neighbours of Israel - as well as countries with large Muslim populations, such as Bangladesh.

Sky's Alex Rossi reports from a Hezbollah rally in southern Beirut where the deputy head of the group, deemed a terrorist organisation by much of the Western world, told the crowd Israel is committing war crimes and they are ready to get involved when the time comes.
