Israel has renewed its calls for the mass evacuation of civilians but even in supposed safe places families are losing loved ones.

Three-year-old boy, Khalid, was hit by shrapnel while asleep in a hospital complex. Khalid later died as Sky's Stuart Ramsay reports on their story. It contains distressing images.
