Rami Mortada, Lebanon's ambassador to the UK, has told Trevor Phillips his country is doing its "utmost" to contain the situation in Israel and Gaza.

He said: “This, of course, necessitates curbing Israeli provocations which we have been sustaining for the last three weeks and finding a horizon for this horrific conflict in Gaza."
