Gilad Erdan, Israel's ambassador to the United Nations marked the first birthday of Kfir Bibas by presenting a cake to the U.N.

Kfir Bibas is the youngest hostage kidnapped by Hamas terrorists on Oct. 7 and was just nine months old when he was taken captive.
