The social media world could be facing a major shake-up: Instagram is reportedly looking to compete with Twitter through a new text-based app. Lia Haberman, a marketing adviser and instructor at UCLA, as well as the creator of the "ICYMI" Substack newsletter, joined CBS News with a first look at the app's potential format and features.
