Former foreign secretary, David Miliband, says that the situation in Gaza is "unprecedented" - with the whole population not knowing where their next meal is going to come from.

Now Chief Executive of the International Rescue Committee, Mr Miliband says the grip of famine is "palpable" whenever he speaks to aid workers and staff in the Gaza Strip.
