Hunter Biden is suing the IRS over the investigation into his taxes, alleging a violation of privacy.

His attorneys filed a lawsuit, alleging that the Internal Revenue Service "willfully, knowingly, and/or by gross negligence, unlawfully disclosed Mr. Biden's confidential tax information."
