Human rights lawyer, Shoaib Khan, tells Kay Burley the Rwanda plan is currently unworkable "for so many reasons", including the way the new law is drafted.

Instead of legal appeals going to the UK courts, they would head to the European Court of Human Rights he says, complicating and confusing the processing and making it unworkable.
