Health Secretary Steve Barclay was asked by Trevor Phillips on Sophy Ridge on Sunday about talks with the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) ahead of a new ballot on planned strike action.

He also says it is not "legally possible" to give a bespoke deal to NHS staff on different pay bands, which he says is what the RCN is asking.
