A blast of arctic air is sweeping across several Midwestern states on Halloween, affecting millions.
A storm system known as a "Manitoba Mauler" is bringing snow to parts of the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes, including cities like Minneapolis, Chicago and Milwaukee.
Some cities are experiencing their coldest Halloween on record. Bismarck, North Dakota, is forecasted to have a high temperature of 25 degrees, which would break the old record of 27 degrees set on Halloween in 1919.
