In Haiti's capital Port-au-Prince, people have become used to violence and step around the dead.

Locals fighting back are willing to "give their heart and soul for the freedom of the neighbourhood, and the freedom of this country", says one man.

Sky's Stuart Ramsay is one of the few international journalists to have reached the chaos-ridden city, where gangs are fighting for control.
