Education secretary Gillian Keegan has told Sophy Ridge the department of education is "not the responsible body for schools", as she denied complacency after a clip of her ranting about the RAAC crisis was captured on camera.

Ms Keegan was asked about being on holiday in Spain when the concrete crisis came to light and she said she "worked remotely" and planned to return "straight away" if the investigations came back while she was away.
