Georgia student murder suspect 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra has been confirmed as an illegal immigrant. LiveNOW from FOX learned Ibarra is originally from Venezuela. Ibarra is the suspect charged in the murder of a 22-year-old Georgia nursing student. The Clarke County Sheriff's Office says Jose's brother, Diego, allegedly handed over a fake green card to police.
