Gender pay gap at lowest point ever, but women still make 16% less than men

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, full-time women workers received median weekly earnings of just over $1,000 while men took home $1,185. That puts the gender pay gap at 16%, the smallest it's ever been. Julia Pollak, chief economist at Zip Recruiter, joined CBS News to talk about the numbers.
