Sky's international affairs editor Dominic Waghorn reports from the town of Ruwaished, northeast Jordan, where local residents are concerned the conflict in Gaza is escalating across the region.

Nearby, Tower 22 - an American airbase where three US soldiers were killed in a drone attack - has become the epicentre of rising tensions.

Across the desserts of Jordan, Syria and Iraq, there are many such US bases that have come under attack with increasing frequency since the start of the Israel-Hamas war.
