Officer Robert Ingram was shot and killed in Cobb, County around 30 years ago and the Cobb County Police Department continues to keep his memory alive. The man who shot Officer Ingram had just recently released form prison. Robert Ingram was just 24-years-old on July 13, 1993, and that was the day he responded to reports of a suspicious person and asked a man for his identification.
