Tens of thousands of people took part in the event organised by Extinction Rebellion in coalition with around 200 other groups, with each day having its own theme.

Monday's activities centered around 'Choose Your Future', marking the final day of protests and a possible end to their less disruptive activism, as the government's deadline to respond approached.
