Explosion in Voronezh as governor reports oil depot blaze

Flames soared into the air after a huge explosion in the Voronezh region. Separately, its governor said more than 100 firefighters are tackling a burning fuel tank at an oil depot. A Russian security source told Reuters this morning that Wagner fighters had taken control of military facilities in Voronezh.
