Title 42 expired at 11:59 pm ET on Thursday, May 11, 2203. The border policy was an emergency health authority that was a holdover from President Donald Trump’s administration and began in March 2020.

FOX 11's Cristy Fajardo spoke with LiveNOW's Andrew Craft from the San Ysidro border point of entry, to report on the tragic stories she's heard from migrants waiting in Tijuana on the other side of the border.
