One of the most successful managers in the history of women's football has told Sky News it's "critical" more is done to improve diversity and inclusion in the game.

Chelsea boss Emma Hayes believes there's a risk of football becoming a "middle-class" pursuit because more young women are having to pay to play.

She sat down with our sports correspondent Rob Harris.
