Margaret Caldwell, whose daughter Emma was murdered 19 years ago, has met the first minister of Scotland in Edinburgh.

Her family is calling for a public inquiry into the flawed investigation into Emma's killing.

The police search for Emma's killer, Iain Packer, was severely flawed - allowing the serial murderer and rapist to evade justice for up to two decades.
