Former U.S. President Donald Trump delivers a speech at a Get Out the Vote Rally in Conway, South Carolina.

Trump is speaking just days after a special counsel investigation into the handling of classified documents described Joe Biden as an "elderly man with a poor memory".

The White House has said "gratuitous remarks" about the president's memory are "wrong and inaccurate".
