Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin testified before the House Armed Services Committee Thursday about his hospitalization in January and why it took so long for the White House and the public to be notified. An internal review released by the Pentagon Monday found that nothing "demonstrated any indication of ill intent or an attempt to obfuscate," but processes could be improved.
