The White House and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy are both pushing lawmakers to pass the debt ceiling deal which was reached over the weekend. The House Rules Committee will vote Tuesday on whether or not to send the agreement to the floor. CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes, and CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane, have the latest.
