The British pensioner who killed his terminally ill wife in Cyprus has been sentenced to two years after he was found guilty of manslaughter.

But he was released on Monday after Cypriot prison authorities officially calculated his release date, his legal team has said.

Sky's Europe correspondent Adam Parsons has dug deeper into the implications David Hunter's release had on the debate over the legalisation of assisted death in the UK.
