Daniel Khalife has links to southwest London, where police are searching for him, news correspondent Milena Veselinovic has told us from outside Richmond Park.

The 21-year-old former soldier escaped from Wandsworth Prison on Wednesday morning by strapping himself to the underside of a lorry, sparking a 150-officer manhunt.
