The annual U.N. climate summit, COP28, has reached its final day, but tensions are flaring and talks remain divided as many climate scientists and advocates are blasting a draft of a final agreement for the conference. They say it does not do nearly enough to address the climate crisis. CBS News senior national and environmental correspondent Ben Tracy has more.
