How many Cowboys UDFAs make the final roster?

NFL Draft Scouting Reports for the Cowboys top UDFAs:

Hunter Luepke is a thick, stocky athlete with impressive body control and fluidity as a pass catcher. He tracks the ball well and has coordinated footwork in between the tackles. Luepke is a high-character player who offers alignment versatility in the backfield/wing or in the slot/outside. However, he lacks lateral agility and burst, and is more of a banger than a make-you-miss runner in the hole. He is physical into contact, but not a true hammer. In 2022, Luepke rushed for 621 yards and 9 touchdowns, and caught 14 passes for 196 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Jalen Moreno-Cropper is a smooth, agile-footed athlete who excels at creating separation with his route pacing and quick hands. He is slippery with the ball in his hands and can make explosive plays. However, he has a slender body type and limited play strength, which can make him struggle in contested windows. He also has a limited special teams resume. In 2022, he had 83 receptions for 1,086 yards and 5 touchdowns, earning him First Team All-MWC honors. Moreno-Cropper was a four-year starter at Fresno State and finished his college career with 220 receptions and 28 total touchdowns.

Tyrus Wheat was a three-star recruit and played primarily as an outside linebacker and safety in high school. Wheat is a sturdy and powerful player with strong hands and joint flexibility. He is a consistent finisher on tackle attempts and has the ability to contain or quickly accelerate to defend end-arounds. However, he needs to make a conscious effort to play low each play and has average shed quickness and violence. In 2022, he had 52 tackles, 9.0 TFL, 4.0 sacks, 0 interceptions, 1 forced fumble, and 0 fumble recoveries.

Isaiah Land is a long, moldable edge rusher with natural pass rush instincts and a highly productive track record. He played the "FANG" position in Florida A&M's defensive scheme and set the school record for single-game sacks (five) and was the FCS leader in both sacks and tackles for loss in 2021. However, Land is raw in some areas and needs time to continue filling out and adapting to his new body. He also needs to strengthen his anchor and lower body and play more controlled in pursuit. In 2022, he missed the season opener due to issues within the program's compliance department and missed two games due to a knee sprain.
