10-month-old Jacob Crouch was murdered in his home during lockdown.

His stepfather and mother were not on any watch list, but the baby was subjected to a vicious assault behind closed doors.

The NSPCC has raised concerns about the children who were killed during lockdown restrictions between 2020 and 2021.
