With a rise in AI-generated content online, deciphering fact from misinformation is becoming harder and harder each day. But what if AI could one day do the job of a news organisation?

Sky News’ Science and Technology Editor Tom Clarke has set out on a quest to find the answer – can we create an AI reporter? And, put to the test on a number of journalistic tasks, can a simple AI model conduct interviews, fact-check articles and even write a TV report to the same high standards we do at Sky News?
